SF drivers should expect more parking tickets

SAN FRANCISCO—Struggling to fill a $21 million budget shortfall, San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency officials are putting driver's on notice: expect more parking tickets. The agency said Monday it had budgeted $99 million in parking ticket revenue this fiscal year, but that its parking police have not written enough citations. MUNI spokesman Paul Rose tells The San Francisco Chronicle that the agency will be redeploying its ticket issuers "to bring in the most revenue for the agency and the city." The agency reported it was up $9.6 million in anticipated expenses, and is down $11.6 million. A formal presentation of the new budget plan was scheduled to be presented to MUNI's governing board on Tuesday.

New T-Shirt

So I bought this new T-Shirt from parklife.com, as I already fell victim to the Muni tracks once before on a scooter, and now on a bicycle. The shirt represents my scooter fall pretty well, as I did fly over the front

SF - Ashbury Heights / Cole Valley via iPad

So I'm playing around with my iPad and wanted to check out Google Street View, what I soon realized was the quality/size of these photos. Amazing! So here are some pics of my neighborhood, and a birds eye view of lovely San Francisco. To take a screenshot on your iPad just press the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time. Great tool for realtors!
